UNIFIED CORRECTIONAL FCU
A Message From The President/CEO
Greetings to the dedicated membership and stakeholders of Unified Correctional Federal Credit
Union. I would like to extend my gratitude and greatfullness to all those who attended and
supported the Credit Union’s 49th Annual Dinner Dance Meeting. The Board of Directors, Staff
and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and will attend next year’s event. The date has been set
for February 7, 2009 at The Hyatt Regency in Monterey. Your Credit Union will be celebrating its
50th Anniversary; we have already begun planning for this grand affair. We hope that you will
continue to support this grand event that is hosted for you, the membership of this Credit Union.
Due to our Nations rise in identity theft your Credit Union has decided to modify its policy when
identifying a member in person or over the phone. Credit Union staff will now ask for picture
identification in person, and a full social security number and birth date over the phone. We
realize that this may seem to be an inconvenience to some members, but the protection of your
account information and assets is what is most important to us. We are currently working on a
way to be able to identify a member by ATM pin number and in-system photo identification as
well. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call the Credit Union directly
for assistance.
Be assured that I intend to stay committed, now and into the future, to serve you, the members
and stakeholders of Unified Correctional Federal Credit Union. Thank You, the Credit Union is
successful because of you.
Respectfully submitted,
Pete S. Meza
